"Not everyday you have the owner take your order. Carol is super sweet. I had a fish sandwich, slaw and fries all great. Hubby had the steak wrap and said it was really good. Sat outside with a nice water view!"

"Quintessential American bar. Reasonably priced, friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for table linens and professional service, this is not the place. Wine list ? Forget it. If, on the other hand, you enjoy a burger, beer or well drinks in good company you will have a great time."

"I have only been to Foster's for the Chippewa Bay Paddle for a Purpose. Always friendly and attentive to all the participants. Looking forward to having a regular lunch there some time when we paddle from Kring Point."

"These people are absolutely amazing! Me and my fishing buddy got stranded at the marina due to a bad storm and couldn’t get 30 miles back down river to our truck and trailer. Carol and Brandi helped us as complete strangers and gave us a ride by car all the way back down to Clayton. They are absolute angels! The true definition of Good Samaritans! Afterwards we got a bite to eat and the food was the best we had eaten anywhere in the area all week while on our trip. Highly recommend fish fry Friday!!"
